First Internet Security Services provider to have achieved BS 7799 certification in Singapore

SINGAPORE, 20 NOVEMBER 2001 - e-Cop.net, the region's leader in proactive round-the-clock Internet security and surveillance protection, announced today that its Singapore operations has achieved certification under the prestigious British Standard 7799 (BS 7799) certification program. It is the first Internet Security Services provider to be awarded the certification for information security management systems, under a pilot scheme by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB).
