e-Cop is a member of the global Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST) and the inaugural member of FIRST’s Corporate Executive Programme (CEP). FIRST brings together a variety of computer security incident response teams from government, commercial and educational organisations.
The e-ASEAN Task Force was created by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The aim of the Task Force is to develop a broad and comprehensive action plan for an ASEAN e-space, and to develop competencies within ASEAN to compete in the global information economy. e-Cop's pilot project "e-ASEAN National e-Security Defence Strategy" is endorsed by the e-ASEAN Task Force for facilitating the growth of e-Commerce in the region.
