As businesses evolve along this trend, the requirements also change. e-Cop’s collaboration with Motorola AirDefense will broaden our Managed Security Services offerings to protect wireless users and at the same time, Motorola customers also benefits from e-Cop’s 24x7 MSS offerings by outsourcing their info-sec requirements," added Benjamin Mah, General Manager of e-Cop Singapore.
Due to the increasing networks speeds and the ability to support a wide range of business critical applications, enterprise wireless technology is rapidly growing in popularity. The industry is witnessing a steady rise in number of businesses and government agencies migrating to wireless networking due to the business and cost efficiencies that mobility allows. As businesses continue to identify new applications using wireless LANs, the security of these connections will be increasingly important. e-Cop and Motorola AirDefense collaboration aims to strengthen customers’ confidence to deploy wireless in security sensitive, mission-critical as well as business-critical areas while simultaneously providing the monitoring and policy enforcement required by industry and government regulators.
